Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in a calm, fully equipped studio featuring classical Gratz Pilates apparatus.

Private virtual sessions are held via Zoom, by appointment only, and are 50 minutes in length.

What is Movement Literacy?
Movement Literacy means every session teaches you to read your body’s signals, write new movement patterns and question old habits. In practice, this shows up as personalized cueing, breath awareness and thoughtful progression across the apparatus — using each piece of equipment to build the same skills with integrity to the method.

Is this for beginners or advance movers?
Both. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, we scale the practice to your body, goals and season of life. Movement literacy meets you where you are and grows with you.

How is this different from a regular class?
You’ll still strengthen, mobilize and feel the physical benefits of Pilates — but you’ll also build a vocabulary for your body, understand why each movement matters and carry that awareness into everyday life. This is Pilates beyond exercise: a practice of self-authorship.
